Design Approval
Hi Maggie,
I'm so excited you like the design and are ready to give approval. It has been so great working with you on this project and we are excited to be moving onto the next phase of the process soon.
I have included all of the proofs you have seen thus far for your website at the end of this email. Take some time and look these proofs over. If these all look great and you are ready to give the official approval, please click the "Yes" button on this email.
Please keep in mind that any design changes or development/functionality changes after official approval may affect the quoted cost.
Once you approve this email, our content team will be contacting you shortly to start working on the website migration and the overall organization of the website. Giving approval will also move your project into our development queue.

Hi Danae,
So to follow up with more detail:
1. The three little blocks at the upper left hand of the pages that we were unsure about can be removed altogether.
2. On the grade level curriculums, please remove the two teacher imges on the sides. Apparently multiple teachers are used for different grade level subjects, which could be very confusing. Principal Freund and I agreed that removing the images/teachers from those pages is best course of action.
3. The suggested site map looks great. I can start compiling word document from the current site to transfer when the time comes, if that's alright! Let me know if I misunderstood the best way to begin that process, or if I should just contact Cody directly about that aspect.
I believe that's it! Aside from 1 and 2 above, the Principal and I both love the design. 🙂 Should I wait for those minor changes before signing the approval?

Wow, thank you for being so quick! In the "Curriculum" page, if you could please change the "Religious" heading to "Religion" to match the nouns of all the other headings, I missed that during our chat the other day.
