Last, here are the design material we looked at today, as well. These will help give you a better idea of how the information can or will look on your website. Feel free to click around on Little Flower's site and let us know if there are any specific content layouts or forms you'd like to use on the new website.

Of course! 

We are probably looking at about another 2 weeks of development, with an additional week of content migration. However, our hope is to be able to overlap the end of development with the week of content migration. 

As soon as the content migration is completed, we will send you a link to the development site and schedule your first training session ASAP.

Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding timeline or the project in general.

Our developer has finished the build and content migration is set to be completed by the end of the week. This puts us on target for sending you a link to the development site and discussing a date for your first training session early next week. 

If you have a date in mind for the first training session, please let us know and we can schedule it ahead of time. Otherwise, we can discuss scheduling the first training session early next week.

I've tagged Cody, who will facilitate the training, so he can coordinate and finalize the first training date with you. 

We require at least 2 weeks between the first training session and your launch. It is also important to note that free support is offered from the time of training and continues until 2 weeks after launch. 
Typically, the expedited timeline we see is:
  • Week 1 - First Training
  • Week 2- Second Training
  • Week 3 - Your questions & updating as needed (optional)
  • Week 4 - Launch
