Project Update

Good morning,


Periodically we like to send our clients a recap of their project from a time & cost perspective. Initially, we had quoted a price of $3080 (44 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 14 hours budgeted/9.5 hours used
  • Build: 16 hours budgeted/0.5 hours used
  • Content Migration: 14 hours budgeted/0 hours used
This brings our current cost to $700. 

Danae has also let us know that while we do not plan on going over the originally quoted hours for the logo recreation, if there are enough small changes after the presentation, we may find ourselves 1-2 hours over design.

This is not something to be concerned with. The parish will not be charged anything extra, as any overage hours may be taken from the hours Content Strategy/Migration. Once we get to content migration, we will let you know how many hours are remaining and determine what content will be migrated by Diocesan and what content will be migrated by your team, if any.

Good afternoon Father Bill,


As you know, Danae has finished recreating the logo. I just wanted to send you a quick update of where we are at with the project now that the logo is completed since we DID NOT go over the budgeted design hours. 

Initially, we had quoted a price of $3080 (44 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 14 hours budgeted/10.2 hours used
  • Build: 16 hours budgeted/0.5 hours used
  • Content Migration: 14 hours budgeted/0 hours used
This brings our updated current cost to $749.
