I know you just got off the phone with Mary, our support specialist, and I wanted to send a followup email.

As Mary mentioned, your new website is still in the development phase and is not live yet. Essentially, we have built the website for you, but you are still in "maintenance mode" and not actually using the new website. 

If you think that you are ready to launch, let's schedule it! Then, if you believe you need a refresher on how to edit the website, we can schedule your training. As of right now, St. Juliana has only used 1 of their 2 free website trainings. 

Let me know how you are feeling about launching the site, or if you have any questions, and we can go from there.

The training typically takes ~2 hours and is done remotely using Diocesan's version of TeamViewer (remote access to your computer screen). At the beginning of the training, Diocesan will walk you through how to download and run the program before beginning the training. 

During the training, we will go through how to edit:
  • pages
  • posts
  • menus
  • the homepage
  • contact information
  • online forms
  • image galleries
  • and much more
