Good afternoon Father Bob,


I am Veronica, the content specialist that will be working with you. 

While the developer will work on implementing your design and layout, I strive to help create a website that:
  1. Is easy for you & the parish staff to update & keep current
  2. Is easy for parishioners/visitors to navigate and find information
  3. Functions specifically to your parish needs
I make sure these three things are possible by providing clear, appealing & consistent content that I move from your old website. So while I will not be deleting any of your information, I may reorganize it so that the website passes usability testing. 

On the consultation, I did see that you wanted all your previous content moved, but want to go through everything first. Do you have an overall timeline for me to work with, or do you prefer the route of checking pages, then letting me know which ones are ready to bring over?  
As a former administrative assistant for a parish, I know how crazy things can get in the office and how overwhelming a big project can be, so if needed, we can work out an "as you go" plan.

Also, if I could ask very quickly, is the translator on your current site an automatic translator (such as Google Translator) or do you have Spanish versions directly typed in yourself?

I am leaving the office soon, but if you prefer to go through this over the phone, please let me know what time tomorrow works best for you.

If we are able to change the content once it is in place that may be best. Our secretary is on Medical leave and I have extra tasks due to that, so if you bring everything over, we can update after training, if that makes sense.
