My name is Samuel Lanning, I will be working with you on the new design for your parish web site! I wanted to introduce myself and give you all the information about basecamp and the project. Basecamp is where I will be sending you copies of the proofs for the site and and questions or comments can be stated.

If you are free sometime this week I would love to schedule a consultation to talk about the design. It will only need to be 15-30 minutes to discuss the general direction and any ideas you have for the site. Let me know when you are free and we can figure out a time that works for both of us. I will only be late to the office tomorrow but should be available by 11am. I am available the rest of the week as well.

Hello Sam,

Some items for when we do next call:

I met with our Youth Minister and she had these suggestions. It brought to mind a need for us to make available online either forms that can be completed and submitted online or PDFs that the person could print and submit. Not sure if you all have done that before, so we can discuss next Thursday

Then as far as pictures of youth group activities - our ability to upload pictures in general for all activities and how that is done.
