Website and Logo and Branding Proposals
Good morning Julie,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with us last week. I have the proposal finalized and attached for you to review.
During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the Alphonsus Hybrid will be the foundation for your new website. After we apply your branding, fonts and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases St Jude. I have added the cost of our prayer wall as well. You will find the $150/yr in the Annual Charges section along with our hosting prices.
The second proposal is for a new logo and/or branding package. There are 2 options of just logo you can choose from:
1) Text logo - Just the name of your parish in text
2) Icon logo - A graphic representing the parish
Our branding package includes both logo options and provides the parameters to use your new logo. This would be for using your logo on letterhead, business cards, envelopes, apparel, etc. If you are going with one of these 3 options, please circle your choice when signing the proposal.

Thank you so very much for helping us. I truly can't thank you enough.
I'm so sorry that I haven't replied sooner. We are just kicking off our summer program here and with over 100 little ones, it's definitely an adventure, but a fun one.
Thank you so very much for this proposal! I printed both pages and left them with our Pastor, Father Kevin Nelson to look over and I'm waiting to meet with him to finalize them and then I can get back to you.
If there is anything else I can do in the meantime, please let me know. Thank you again and I will definitely talk to you very soon.

Sorry for the delayed reply. We've been so busy these past couple of weeks but I just got out of a meeting with Fr. Kevin and we discussed the proposals.
This is what Fr. Kevin said:
With regards to the Branding Proposal:
* He is not interested at this time but thank you for formulating that particular proposal for us.
With regards to the Website Proposal:
* He is fine with the $3,000 for the St. Alphonsous Hybrid Site
* He does not want the Prayer Wall, so lets remove that from the quote.
* He is fine with the $15 for the Domain Name Renewal
* With regards to the $500 Web Hosting, I told him that during the Zoom session between you and I, I had written down $300/year for Web Hosting and $15/year for Domain (which I mentioned in the bullet above), totaling $315/year to maintain both. This quote says $500 for Web Hosting, so he was wondering why it was $200 more than what we talked about over the Zoom meeting.
So that is where he stands with the two proposals. A no-go for the branding proposal, and for the website proposal, just a clarification on the $500 vs the $300 we discussed over Zoom, and then removing the prayer wall feature from the website proposal.

We will make that correction, as we did promise you $300 in our meeting.
For your reference, moving forward we needed to increase our hosting prices to $500 for the base hosting package in order to take care of our workers so they can continue to provide great customer support. Next year when you renew your hosting, it will be billed at $500 for the year.
