Good afternoon Heather,

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us Wednesday.  I have the proposal finalized and attached for you to review.

During the Deep Dive conversation, it was determined the Holy Spirit School design will be the foundation for your new website.  After we apply your branding, fonts and colors, and content you will have a unique website that showcases St Joseph.

The attached proposal walks you through each phase of the project.  We have included the amount of time each phase would take to complete and that is how we arrive at our final cost.  My sales team has also made available a credit to be used toward the school website project.  If the parish signs a new 6 year bulletin contract, the school website would be covered.  I have included this note in the proposal.
