Many of our sites use Google translate, and if you want to use this it would be no extra time or money. :)

Hi Gloria,
We would install a plug-in for Google Translate (a button would be on each page of your site to switch between languages). No manual translation would be required. :)

Google translation is not good and I would not do that because every language is different and a machine cannot get the sense of the language. We will have to spend sometime to have it in Spanish. God bless you all.

I understand. If you would like to use a plug-in and do the translation manually then that will add some time to the project, which means it would increase cost some as well.
