Hi Veronica!

I got your email. I found that out as Alex was getting me to see if the scan was working and I couldn't sign in with my password. I've updated the password and the scan is working now.

Thanks so much for your help. Also, we would like to put off the rollout of our website till maybe March 9, 2020. We are getting ready for our 140th anniversary and person who is inputting info on website has some projects he is working on for the anniversary celebration and he can't do both at the same time. Hope this doesn't mess things up.

Oh, I'm so glad we finally got all the scanner things sorted out. So many hoops to jump through, but now we'll know what to do if this ever comes up again!

As for the launch, I've put you on our calendar as a tentative launch for Monday, March 9, between 9:00am - 2:00pm ET (8:00am - 1:00pm CT). 
We will reach out to you the week before to confirm that you are ready for launch or if you'd like to push it another week or two. 

Let us know if you have any questions until then or have another date in mind.

You had sent me some samples of a Religious Ed form that Diocesan had previously done for other parishes for their websited. Our DRE, Bonnie Holub looked them over and indicated she liked the one from St. Lukes with a few changes that she has indicated on this email I am forwarding to you. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have added the form to the site and have made the necessary tweaks to the form including having it email dre@stjosephrockdale.org when someone hits submit. I have also changed the places that Bonnie requested. It is on its own page called "Religious Education Registration Form" and I linked to it from the "Religious Education" page.
