Again, thank you for the signed proposal.
To sum up our phone call, the editing of the websites will be very similar. The two versions have a different way of presenting the content, but how to edit pages/posts is identical. The training will go over everything as well, and like I said on the phone there won't be a big learning curve at all, most everything will sound familiar.
When it comes to translating content, since you will have Google Translate, the best option is to keep everything in English. When the user selects the language they want, the page will automatically translate to that particular language.
