Timeline & Content Progress

Good morning Kelly,


Happy New Year! I just went over the site's progress with the content specialist and developer last week, so the content migration will be completed by the end of next week, which puts us on track to send you a link to the development site and begin discussing dates for your first training session.

Tentative Timeline

  • Friday, January 10
    • Content Migration Completed
    • Developer Updates Continue
  • Friday, January 17
    • Development Updates Completed
    • Development Link Sent
    • First Training Session Scheduling Options Sent
  • Monday, January 20
    • Training Period begins
The first and second training session will need to be at least 1 week apart, and the launch can be scheduled a minimum of 2 weeks after the first training.
This would mean the earliest the site could launch would be Tuesday, February 4 (based on a Jan. 20 first training date)

I will reach out to you next Friday to update you on the content and development progress.

I just wanted to send a quick update and let you know that we have migrated the content over and have gone through the first phase of usability testing. The developer is currently updating any issues that were found during the testing.
We will be sending you a link to the development site by next Friday, at the latest.
