Good afternoon Father and Dee Dee,


Cody let me know that your website is currently nearing capacity for site content storage and is currently using 5119 MB of the 5120MB your hosting package provides. This is due to the number of audio files currently hosted on your website.  

Hosting Plans
Below are the different hosting option levels that we offer. 
Your account is currently set to the Tier 1 (default) option.

  • Tier 1 Website Hosting (default)
    • $25 per month*, $300 per year (billed annually*)
    • 5GB online storage 
    • 20GB monthly bandwidth
  • Tier 2 Website Hosting
    • $30 per month, $360 per year (billed annually)
    • 10GB online storage
    • 30GB monthly bandwidth. 
  • Tier 3 Website Hosting
    • $40 per month, $480 per year (billed annually)
    • 20GB online storage
    • 100GB monthly bandwidth. 
*Annual price is subject to change without notice.

Also, just so you are aware, the costs for your updated hosting package would not be implemented until your new website launches. (No charge until launch.)

Alternatively, you may go through your website and begin removing any images or files, as needed. If you have any questions about how to do this, please let us know and we can cover it during a training session.
