Good afternoon Laura and Liz,

Periodically we like to send our clients a recap of their project from a time & cost perspective. Initially, we had quoted a price of $9940 (142 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 30 hours budgeted/9.8 hours used
  • Build: 57 hours budgeted/29.9 hours used
  • Content Migration: 55 hours budgeted/0 hours used
Which brings our current cost to $2779.

Thank you for your email and update on the hours/cost. Please clarify, we don't need to do anything with this as the cost was rolled into a 6 year contract we signed with our bulletin, correct?
