Domain Transfer

To: Jane Sullivan

Hello Jane,

You have let us know that you would like your stjosephathens.org domain to be transferred to Diocesan. 

There are two ways that we can go about doing this:
  1. Provide Diocesan with your domain login credentials and we will initiate the transfer OR
  2. Your current domain owner can initiate the transfer

1. Provide Diocesan with Login
Below are the things we need for the login:
  • Login URL
  • Username/email
  • Password
Once Diocesan has initiated the transfer, you will still need to send Diocesan the Authorization (EPP) code (emailed to domain owner).  If you believe that there will be an issue with this, please let us know. 

2. We Will Initiate Domain Transfer
  1. Unlock your domain 
  2. Send us the Authorization (EPP) Code
  3. Send to email webdepartment@diocesan.com
  4. Diocesan initiates transfer
  5. You confirm the transfer
  6. Transfer complete!

Let us know if you have any questions or are having trouble finding who your current domain owner is.  It looks like the domain is registered through godaddy.com.
