School and Parish Website Proposal

Good morning everyone,

Thank you for your patience as we finalized the proposal for the new school and parish websites.

Both the school and parish websites will have the same design foundation in order to keep continuity between the two websites and keep design hours as low as possible.  The noticeable contrast between the two will become apparent with the difference in color schemes, logos, and (most clearly) content. 

I have attached the proposal for you to review.  The proposal has been broken down into the stages we go through to complete a website project.  I have also included the separate breakdown for the parish and school, so you can see what it will take to complete both websites.  If there are any questions, or if you need clarification, please let me know.

You will also note I have included a website credit for the parish project.  My sales team issues credits for a website project based on the terms of the bulletin contract.  The parish website will be 100% covered.  I was glad to hear that it sounded like the marketing grant Alexis mentioned she received from the Diocese of Grand Rapids was passed along.  Sometimes when someone leaves a protect, some information can go with them, but I was glad to read that you have been utilizing the grant.

That's OK....I think Linda is really busy right now with trying to get school started. She is working 12-13 hours a day so I think this isn't high on her priority list right now.
