I re-read this and see you are waiting for a date from us, is that correct? To decide possible dates and times, please let me know what this entails as far as time commitment. I would appreciate an in-person training as opposed to remote. There is an element of support that is better in person. Please let me know if that is possible and how long to plan for.

Sorry for the delay. We don't typically offer in person trainings since we now use recorded Zoom calls. That said, since you are local to our Byron Center office we will make an exception.

To be clear, this session of training is a QA session where you ask questions you've encountered about the site and we discuss launch. Back in April I requested from you guys who needs log in accounts and credentials and never heard back, so id gather that there hasn't been much poking around of the site? Or are you ready to just discuss launch? Either way ill need at least one contact to give log in credentials for the site.

I would need a projector screen with laptop hookup or similar to display the website for training. We would schedule a one hour block of time for this session. The disadvantage of in person training is the training wouldn't be recorded whereas on zoom it would be. I just want you to have all the information to make an informed choice between in person or virtual recorded training.

I am willing to do in person, just let me know your thoughts.

Yes, that email was to Alan and that wasn't forwarded or copied to me this is the first I am seeing that. So thank you for forwarding that message to me.

Are each of those people needing editing access to the site or simply added to this project in basecamp? I think Alan thought it was just basecamp. I would be happy to add them to the site itself, I just need to know who should be given what role. Parish Admin: can do everything in the first training. (will need to have watched the training recording from the first training so as to not delete something major from the site unknowingly) Editor: can edit/delete and create pages and posts. Author; can create pages and posts.
