Parish Deep Dive conversation

Good morning Marty,

It has been a little while since we last spoke, I hope everything is going well.  

I was hoping we could find a time to have a Deep Dive conversation regarding the new parish website.  If Linda could be present, or a representative from the school, so we can make sure both the parish and school websites are unified.

This will be the same conversation we had with the school, just not face to face.  During the Deep Dive Conversation you will be speaking with myself, our project manager, and also a designer.  We will utilize Zoom for this conversation so we can share with you some aesthetics and design features.  Your feedback will help us determine the best route to achieve your goals.  Following the Deep Dive conversation, my team will meet and we will create a detailed proposal for you to review.  This proposal will provide the pricing for both the school and parish.

Hi Alan,

I apologize for the delayed response.

The only availability I would have to meet this week is Thursday. Otherwise, next week any time is good for me. I would also like to include Holly Coppock, our parish secretary, Jen Quint, the school secretary, and Cathy Burgess, our bookkeeper, in the meeting. I have spoken with Holly and Cathy, and they said they could be available for a meeting on Thursday or next week as well. I sent an email to Linda and Jen, and am waiting to hear back from them. I will let you know as soon as I hear something.
