On-site Training: Tuesday July 19 10am

I am looking forward to meeting with you all on site tomorrow at 10am Eastern Time. I will need some sort of set up for recording the training as well as a projector ideally. I will have a small laptop but if you have a desktop that I could use that would be easiest for showing the site and answering questions.
The purpose of tomorrow's training is to answer whatever questions you might have and to get a date for launch set up. We typically launch Monday through Thursday 9am-2pm Eastern Time.
We provide a 30 minute session to all clients for QA Sessions anything beyond that would be billable at $70/hr.
I will check this email first thing tomorrow morning to answer any questions or address any concerns you might have.

Yes we can reschedule.
When are you thinking? Having a majority of the team ready (all not required) would be most ideal. Alternatively we could do this via recorded zoom call? Either way I have removed this onsite training from my calendar and will await word from you on reschedule.

Just to follow up, I spoke with my project manager and he advised we need to get your site launched ASAP. At this point your site is ready to launch. We are setting a date of August 31st to launch your site. If we can launch earlier than this that would be great but come August 31st at 9am we will need to launch your site. You should all have logins for the site and access to the training, the only thing left is an optional QA Session where you can ask me questions. This isn't required to be completed for launch to occur.
