I hope this email finds you well and enjoying the holidays!

We have discovered that the Instagram plugin that we normally use that is free for you does not have a carousel function. We did discover one that does, but there is a yearly fee that comes with it. So that leaves us with a few options:

1. We get the Instagram plugin and install it and it looks exactly like the design we showed you. Below is the link to see the prices and demo how it would work. (The summery is $49 for the initial purchase and $98 after that.)

We would cover the initial cost and add it to your bill at the end if you choose this option.

2. We use the free Instagram plugin that we normally use and it looks similar but it functions a little differently, the user has the option to load more images on the home screen. Below is an example of another one of our clients who use this feature. It is the second thing from the bottom of the home page.

3. We do not use Instagram at all and use a tool that comes with the sites we create called Envira Gallery. This will require you to add photos manually and is another free option.

#1 - If you are asking if we approve the cost - yes. I am assuming the $98 is an annual fee, correct? I am not sure what I am to look at on the demo.
#2 and #3 - I will go with your recommendation. I would like to automate as much as we can, so avoiding loading images separately is preferred.

We are scheduling on-going training that may involve some of us in this group, so if you have some idea of dates/times for website training, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may prioritize it in our schedules.

As for training, the build portion is almost complete! It should be done in the next week or so, it usually takes a week or two (depending on how many pictures and content there is that needs to be moved over.) So plan on two to three weeks and we will be able to schedule our first training!

I wanted to follow up with you all on the Instagram feeds. Do both Church and School sites want this plugin? If it helps make the decision, the price that I had originally stated is for one website, not two. We would need to get the business plan if both church and school want Instagram feeds on both homepages.

Yes, the $98 is the price yearly after the first year for one account. For two accounts, it will be either twice that or we can go with a business plan which is $198 starting next year. Here is the link again to the prices of the Instagram plugin:

Yes, we agreed to make two sites; the church and school are using a similar design. The church design is on the XD design and is on page 19 and on. Here is the XD file again:

This is good news, and yes, there is another question about timing of training. We are looking at spring break, then end-of-the-year events as well as fitting in training for other software we are launching this summer, so any idea of duration and timing of training is appreciated.

Great question! There will be one training of 1.5 to 2 hours and we will be sending you some training videos and meeting with you after that for about a half-hour to go over any final questions you might have.
