Domain Transfer

Good afternoon everyone,

You have indicated that you would like your domain(s) to be transferred to Diocesan. The first step in this process is to provide us with one of the following:
  1. Domain login information
  2. Domain contact information
As we near your training and launch date, Diocesan will contact you (and your domain contact if Option 2 is chosen) to begin the transfer process and to provide more information on the next steps and any applicable instructions.

Domain Login Information
If you would like Diocesan to initiate the transfer for you, we ask that you please send us the following information:
  • Name of Hosting Company
  • Login URL
  • Username/Email
  • Password
Please note that once Diocesan initiates the transfer, we may need your domain account owner to forward an email that they will receive.

Domain Contact Information
If you have internal or contracted IT services that you would like us to direct in the transfer process, we ask that you please send us the following information:
  • Name of IT Company (if any)
  • Name of Individual
  • Email of Company/Individual
  • Phone Number of Company/Individual
  • Account Privileges (if any)

Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is someone else we should get in touch with. Otherwise, we look forward to gathering your domain information to help you keep your web services all in one, safe place.

Thank you!

I am under the impression we migrated last year. It was not a pleasant experience, so I would like to avoid initiating any change at this point. Let me know if you need further information.

TO THE CLIENT Mary Goeldel, Diocesan
Good morning,
We already do have their domain - you are both able to log into eNom and check on something like this?  It's eNom in Zoho. I can show you how to view the list of domains we have if you aren't sure how to navigate around in there.
TO THE CLIENT Alan Snodgrass, Diocesan
Good afternoon Linda,

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving!

You were correct that the domain had previously been transferred to Diocesan.  I misread one of our documents and I thought we would be needing yours transferred.  Everything is all set.

Again, I apologize for the confusion.

Thank you!

Alan, Diocesan is already taking care of our Domain Name so you should have all of the information you need.
Thanks
