Good morning Adriana,


Since this is our busy time of the year and design is a little bit backed up, I wanted to use this time to reach out to you and get all of the content sorted. Also, since we had a general idea for the design, I have outlined the homepage layout based off of St. Francis de Sales (the design you really liked during our consultation meeting). I've highlighted areas that still need to be filled out.

The Google Doc is editable online, so feel free to begin going through it and add any pages, notes or questions that you might have.

There are also some items that we need from you when you get the chance:
  1. Google Calendar ID
    1. Instructions on how to make Google Calendar public
    2. Instructions on how to find Google Calendar ID
  2. List of Ministries & Contacts 
    If you have a description for each of the ministries, that would be even better! If not, no worries, you can always add them in later.
  3. What forms would you like us to recreate as online fillable forms and which forms will simply be PDF documents? Parish registration, faith formation, sacramental request record form, etc.
  4. Photos of the Parish
    These photos can be of the inside or outside of church, plus various events.
  5. Parish History Notes

I tried calling you this morning but was unable to reach you. I seem to be missing you each time!

Instead of a Mission Statement, maybe have a couple of lines welcoming visitors to the parish and parish website.
As for the Button Text and Button Link, we really only need the button text. So, for example, this button may go to the Mass Times, About the Parish page, or you can choose to simply not have one until you know what you'd like to add.

The developers are reaching the point that will soon allow us to begin migrating content over to your new website. In order to do so, we ask that you review the document linked below and make any necessary changes to what you would or would not like migrated over. The Google Doc is editable online, so feel free to begin going through it and add any pages, comments or questions that you might have.

Although we use this sitemap for content migration, you will always have the option to reorder it after your first training session and any time thereafter.

They are asking me if the webpage is to where they can log in and see the address and phone number?
