Good morning everyone,


I am Veronica, the lead content specialist for Diocesan's Web Department. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to the initial consultation meeting but have gone over Nathalie and Blake's notes from said meeting. 

As I went over these items, I came up with some questions that I had for you. Would you be able to have a conference call on Tuesday, July 16 to go over your content and the questions I may have? 

In the meantime, I will be sharing with you your current sitemap and content for you to go through and make note of what pages will or will not be migrated to the new website.

I am happy to announce that nearly all of the development is completed, but we have been waiting on your approval of the sitemap.

Please take some time to review the sitemap below to ensure everything is as you'd like for us to organize it.

After content migration, the remainder of the project will be as follows:
  1. Diocesan sends you link to development site
  2. Diocesan requests possible dates for first training session
  3. First training session
  4. Second training session
  5. Launch! 
This process can take anywhere from 3 weeks to as long as you need to become comfortable with editing your website. 
Did you have a particular date in mind for your launch? If so, we can take a look at finalizing training dates now to stay on target.
