Also, it would be a good idea to add Sr. Ruth Ann Haunz for the Francis Center – rahaunz@bellsouth.net

Yvonne,

I have added Curt, since all of his youth group information will be within your website, but Sr. Ruth Ann's Francis Center is still a separate website. The only involvement Sister will have with your website is simply a button that goes to the Francis Center website.

Still, if you'd like me to keep her in the loop, I can most certainly add her into Basecamp. Just let me know.

Thank you,

When you update her site you can deal directly with her then? That’s fine by me.
TO THE CLIENT Veronica Alvarado, Project Manager at Diocesan
Yes, I will update her separately. In fact, I have just sent her an email to ask about what she is looking to update and the next steps.

Thank you,

Thanks for the wonderful training you did today. I feel much better about the website. Also please add Darlene Hoard, dhoard@stjpiiparish.com so that she can update and change the calendar at will. We want to do a separate STJPII Sports calendar. Is that possible?
TO THE CLIENT Veronica Alvarado, Project Manager at Diocesan

Hi Yvonne,

I'm so glad that the training was helpful.

If you want to add Darlene Hoard as a calendar editor, that is something I cannot do, but you can following these instructions:

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar. You can't share calendars from the Google Calendar app.
  2. On the left, find the "My calendars" section. You might need to click it to expand it.
  3. Hover over the calendar you want to share, click More
    Settings and sharing.
  4. To share with individuals: Under "Share with specific people," add the person or the email address of the person you want to share with.
  5. To change wider sharing settings: Under "Access permissions," choose an option in the drop-down menu. Select Make Changes.
  6. If someone isn't already added, click Add people.
  7. Add people and click Send.

As for adding a Sports calendar, you can follow these instructions:
https://support.google.com/calendar/answer/37095?hl=en
OR we can create it together when we have our second training.

Just let me know!
