Sam, how can I print these out in a smaller size? I might be too dumb to figure it out.

I think you could copy and paste them onto a document that is 8.5 x 11 inches and resize the image! That would be the easiest way, or you could try printing to a document of that same size 8.5 x 11 and have the content "Fill" the page. I can try to explain it better when we talk at 9:30

Hi Sam,

Changes

1st page – I want a” Join our Parish” icon by Fr. Burks Welcome, something churchy but solid so that it is prominent. Also is there a way to imbed a video on the scroll?

Add an icon for Parish Life, Staff, Regional School, Youth Group, Francis Center & Social Outreach

Add a calendar icon in line with the homilies and bulletins.

Maps of both churches should appear at the bottom of every page

3rd page – Title should be Faith and Formation

Need 4 Icons – Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, Adult Ministry

4th page – change Mass & Confessions to Rite of Christian Initiation

Add, ext 20 at the end of the sacraments and ex. 19 to the Liturgy

We want a webpage for the youth group as well as Francis Center. It was discussed in the actual contract. When do we start that?

Good morning! 

I am working today to get these items finished as well as working on the extra pages. I just had a few questions and comments, I hope we can iron out the last few things and get the project on to the next step! 

1st Page. 

For this option I feel like a standard button would work just fine. This area doesn't really lend its self toward an iconographic button in that area. I will throw a button in that section. We already have an icon for "Become a Member" Below in the icon bar, does this work the same?

Add an icon for Parish Life, Staff, Regional School, Youth Group, Francis Center & Social Outreach - we already have icons for these in the icon bar below the rev. welcome. did you want these elsewhere, and would you want parish life to replace something? 

As for the calendar, would you mind if we put it below all the other content? Squishing it in with the other columns would not help with readability, we could replace it with something if you wanted it in that row. or we could easily add a row underneath dedicated to the calendar. 


3rd Page

For the 4 icons "Children’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, Young Adult Ministry, Adult Ministry" did you want this to be similar to the icon bar on the homepage?

4th Page

This is easy I will make the changes.

As for the Youth Group and Francis Center will these be somewhat basic template for design or is there specific material I should reference for these designs?

My email was out all yesterday. Thank you for responding. Responses in red. It really looks nice and I cannot wait to see the finished product. Are you still using the same picture on the main page. I think I sent you 3 other pictures that would be acceptable as the one was out of focus.

At the moment it is just a filler for the design, I have the images you sent saved in our local folder and we will look to see which works best. 

Are you ready for development? I sent a email with a button to click back on October 12th so we could move to the next step, I just need you click that button to make sure we have the confirmation page. 

I can resend that confirmation so we have it visible on our end!
