I am Samuel Lanning, I wanted to introduce myself as I will be the designer headlining the project for your new website! I'm looking forward to hearing your ideas for the site as well as sharing some of my own with you as well! I want to take some time to look through the notes I have from Kevin, but I wanted to set up a time to talk over the phone to discuss this further.

I will be free After 1pm tomorrow and all day Friday, let me know a time that works for you and we can talk about the site!

Hello, Samuel. I am meeting with the core team who has provided input for the new website on Saturday. Does it make more sense to schedule a time to talk next week or is this a preliminary conversation so it would be better to talk this week as it may be good input for my core meeting on Saturday?

That is great, and actually next week would work great! We can use all the information we can get and if you're meeting this weekend to discuss that I would love to hear what you all came up with. 

Our discussion would be to overview function, content, and design for the homepage and logo (If needed) so as to help the design for the entire site!

Hi, Sam. Tuesday, 7/31, at 1:30pm works for me. We will be using the website for Good Shepherd in Alexandria as our model (https://www.gs-cc.org/) and plan to review the home page and the pages behind each of the tabs along the top on Saturday. We know it will take a little more time to do the page mapping for what we have on our current website and how it will fit with the new structure. We also recognize we will probably need to craft new pages where we don't have a page to cover a ministry or church life aspect that we want to promote.

Although very basic you can see how the hierarchy of the page would represent Good Shepard, we can discuss the contents over the phone shortly!
