Good morning Jason,
We updated the records and waited for propagation since domain companies say it can take up to 24 hours, but did not see any changes when we checked on it again first thing this morning.
Our developers looked into it and found that the nameservers needed to be unlocked, which is untraditional, but doable!
Everything has been updated this morning and the new website should propagate out over the next 1-2 hours.
I will update you again later this morning as we see propagation occur.

It sounds like the shipping area of WooCommerce needs to be set up/adjusted. I'm not sure we ever actually discussed that during our training, we concentrated more on how the site (menu/pages/etc.) works if I remember correctly.
Should we plan a call today to discuss how you figure shipping on your items, and get that area of WooCommerce correctly set up?

My contract with my current domain name host is about to expire and I was want to know if I could transfer the domain name under the Diocesan hosting department?
Also, can I delete all the information that I had with my previous Webhosting provider? That contract will also be coming to a close soon.

I'm doing well - hope you are, also! I'm so sorry, I started writing this yesterday and realized this morning I hadn't sent it.
Yes, you should be able to let your previous webhosting go unless you need any sales info/records for tax purposes, etc. - then you'd probably want to run some reports before you close it down - I'm not sure if your old site was an ecommerce site or not, but that'd be the only thing I can think that you might need from it. From our end of things, there should be nothing we'd need to maintain your current site.
And, yes, we can definitely migrate the domain to our account. How soon does it expire? It usually takes about a week to move it, and an additional year is always added on at the time of the move so you don't lose that time, it just gets added on to whatever's left before the expiration...hope I'm making sense today! And then we pass that $15/year domain charge through to you in your yearly hosting invoice.
Let me know if you want to get started moving the domain - either I can log in and get the transfer code, or I can find instructions for you for your particular domain company.

It looks like we may have your domain's login in our project notes - I can go ahead and try logging in to get the code I need for the transfer, and if I have any problems, I could let you know? Would that work?
All we do is unlock the domain (which allows us to transfer it) and then retrieve a transfer code. I add the transfer code to our account at eNom, our domain registrar company, and request the transfer. Usually within about 5-7 days it goes through. I like to take screenshots of all the host records just in case anything "drops" during the transfer - that occasionally happens but I try to watch for it to minimize any site or email "downtime" that could occur.
If you'd like, I can give it a try and see how far I can get on my own? I may need to bother you if there is 2-factor set up on the login, etc.

I believe that's what was needed - the first account allowed me to request an EPP code from them, and it should be going to your contact email. When you receive that, could you forward the entire email to me at webdepartment@diocesan.com? That's our general support email and I can then request the transfer.
