Domain Information Request

To: Jason Jenicke

Good afternoon Jason,


As your web project continues to move along, we would like to ensure a smooth launch by requesting your domain information beforehand. 

During your second training session, we will discuss your launch date. For the launch to remain on track, we must already have one of the following:
  1. Domain login information
    (Diocesan facilities launch)
  2. Domain contact information
    (Client/IT facilitates launch)
Domain Login Information
If you would like Diocesan to facilitate the launch for you, we ask that you please send us the following information:
  • Name of Hosting Company
  • Login URL
  • Username/Email
  • Password

Domain Contact Information
If you have internal or contracted IT services that you would like us to direct in the launch process, we ask that you please send us the following information:
  • Name of IT Company (if any)
  • Name of Individual
  • Email of Company/Individual
  • Phone Number of Company/Individual
  • Account Privileges (if any)

Please let me know if you have any questions or if there is someone else we should get in touch with. Otherwise, we look forward to gathering your domain information to help keep your future launch date on track.

I attempted to log into https://pleskeu2.hostdepartment.com:8443/smb/ with username jjenicke and the password you provided, but was unable to log in.

Could you please try logging in with the information you provided and see if it works for you? If so, we may just screen-share with you and make the DNS changes together when it comes time to launch.
