Logos for St. James Cathedral & School
Hello Noelani & Jennifer,
I wanted to reach out to see if you had or could get the logo files for St. James Cathedral & St. James Cathedral School. In all of there iterations, for example, the Cathedrals' centered and left-aligned versions. Getting the actual vector or Adobe Illustrator files for them would be the best. If there are no vector files, then .png versions of them in color and specifically in white.

Thanks for putting those in there. I am wondering if the designer can also save out some white versions of the logo since your header may require a white logo. We have created a folder in the google drive that they can put those white versions in. Below is the link to that:

Also, the image below is a horizontal version of the logo currently used on the school site. Do you have this version of the logo? I am asking because I think having this version for the website would work much better. This type of logo orientation fits great up in a menu. Plus, it allows the text to be bigger / more legible rather than having it be small underneath the logo icon.

However these are the old logo versions, and our designer is working on the new files. I think this should work for UI designs and I will upload the new versions as soon as I receive them from the designer.

I do have a question, the two images you added to the Old Logos folder look similar to the "new" logos that you sent this morning. Is your designer working on logos that will be different from all those you have previously sent? If so, we will simply use an old logo as the placeholder, to be updated once the newest logos are sent over. I just want to make sure there is no confusion.

I believe the ST. JAMES CATHEDRAL font is Oregon LDO. Let me know if that's true. I'm not sure what the "a catholic community" is yet. Let me know what you think.

I updated the Google Drive with all the versions of Logos. Please use the logo where the text is right aligned as that is the one they use in Communications, but there are white, black, png, stacked, horizontal versions you can play with in the folder too.
I also added the branding guide our designer is working on right now, the main fonts are mentioned in there.
I am not sure whether you received this request, but we are still waiting for the fonts you will use in the website, so we can add it to the branding guide. So if there a font or two you think will look pretty just let me know we can add it to the branding guide.

The staff images should use a 3:4 ratio, with the actual pixel dimensions of at least 600x800 px for quality reasons. (Any larger ratio will also do, such as 900 x 1200, 1200 x 1600, etc.)
