User Accounts
I have sent out all of your user accounts except John's, but I have made his account and assigned him the homily pages to which he can edit, create new pages and publish those if the need arises (2020 - Homilies). You or another Parish Admin will have to put that page in the menu (which can be done rather quickly as done in training today).
Training Recording
I have put the first training recording files in this google drive folder. You can add to this folder if you so desire, where you can place the forms you wanted to share with me. Please send me an email when you have uploaded the files to that folder, so I know to look there, otherwise, you can send the files to webdepartment@diocesan.com because Basecamp doesn't like attachments on emails.

As a note, please give us at least 2 weeks prior notification to your desired launch date and fall between Monday-Thursday. That way we can make sure that everything is set up and ready for launch on our end and if anything goes wrong with the launch then we have another day in the office to fix any issues

Hello Sherie,
So in the process of changing the slider, I found an error with the site, namely, that it was not pulling in the right fonts, so that is why it defaulted to Times New Roman. I am having the developer fix it to be what it was intended, Lato, to match the rest of the site. I think having it be Lato will keep things consistent and making it a little bigger will fix the issues.
Below you will see the original on the left and the proposed version on the right (I removed the line temporarily for my screenshots, but the developer will fix that later this week).

Hello Sherie,
In the backend/dashboard, go to Appearance > Menus and then find your new page, click Add to Menu, and then Drag it up from the bottom to be under the About Us Title. I hope that helps.
I will make the to-do for the developer to make those changes.

In looking through the website, I realized that we forgot to move over the liturgical ministry schedule page. It is on our current website under resources. I would like it to go under ministries. Is this possible, or are we going to have to do that on our own? Also, could the homilies from the current website from 11-10-19 to the present be moved over too, or is that something that we will have to do as well? Lastly, is the main page screen font going to be able to be changed to the alternative font that we spoke about? I just noticed that it has not been updated as of yet.

I can migrate over the liturgical Ministry schedule page. It may look and function a little differently than the current one, but it will still be easily updateable.
As for the homilies, I can move those over as well, but I will leave the latest few for you to do, to give you some practice at those as in the future all the content will be done by you, of course, if any questions arise, you can definitely ask us.
Lastly, for the Homepage Slider text, the font has been changed to match the rest of the site. If it is not showing, please try doing a hard refresh by following the instructions here.
