Weekly Update
Good morning everyone,
Periodically we like to send our clients a recap of their project from a time & cost perspective. Initially, we had quoted a price of $3920 (56 hours x $70hr) for website creation.
We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
- Design: 12 hours budgeted/13.3 hours used
- Build: 22 hours budgeted/0 hours used
- Content Migration: 22 hours budgeted/0 hours used
This brings our current cost to $931.

Thank you very much for the update. We certainly understand we are getting into the time where schedules are starting to get a little crazy. I did have a few questions for you.
1) Will this impact the school web site as well?
2) With that timeline in mind, we will probably be migrating content in December, so that training could begin in January. That will put us on track for a completed site by March. Is there a specific date in March you are wanting to launch?
3) Has there been any progress for a server to host your websites? In order to stay on track with a March 2021 launch, we would need the server information by the end of November.

After talking with Gloria on our school team, we are realizing that the
upcoming school calendar is going to make it impossible to get to any
substantial design feedback and work until March, effectively pushing our
launch date back to possibly as late as June. Wanted to let you know so you
can adjust your work flow accordingly and not wait on us. Sorry. Gloria's
part time status limits how fast we can proceed and we'd like to launch the
parish and school sides of the site simultaneously.
