Updated Website Proposal

Good afternoon Corinne,

Thank you for your patience as we finalized the updated proposal for the parish and school.

I have attached both the updated website project proposal and a document outlining our hosting and support.  If there are any details you have questions regarding, please let me know.

Website Project:
We have also cleaned out the previous Basecamp project and will be starting fresh going forward.  During the remainder of the project, we will meet with you for 30 minutes 1 day a week, for the next 10 weeks.

Hi Alan -

Thank you for getting these over to us. Please see my responses and
requests below.



* Web Development Quote:

* We have chosen Celine.
* Arthur and I had previously agreed on a price of $6,000 for the
Hybrid Site, please send an adjusted Quote that reflects that price.
* Keep the added $250 for Google Translate.
* 10 weeks of 30-minute stand-up meetings sounds good.
* The total One-Time Cost should be $6,250.

* If you can send me the adjusted Quote by noon tomorrow, we are happy
to put a check in the mail to you for the full amount by this Friday.

* Annual Charges:

* The list of Hosting features and $750 pricing looks fair for the
Tier 3 Multisite.
* Please remove the $30 Domain Name Renewal. We will handle that on
our end.
* As Arthur had requested, I have placed a call to our Sales Rep on
the Bulletin side, Jeff Ingersoll, to see if there could be any discounts
applied to the Annual Hosting charges based upon the fact that we are
long-time bulletin customers.

* Timeline Questions:

* Who will I be working with to discuss the outline of the site and
the homepage layout?
* Would the 1 hour of training take place near the beginning of the
project?
* I am on vacation from July 1-10. I would like to begin the stand-up
meetings around July 14. Thursdays are best for me, but we can discuss the
exact scheduling.
* This would have us aiming for a release near the mid- to
end-of-September. Does that seem reasonable?

Hello Corinne,

I said we would charge the hours worked on the last project and I let you know that the price is $6,211. The proposal that was sent is our offer. You are getting two new sites with a capped charge of what St Isidore already owes us. We will remove the domain fee, but nothing else. The total one-time payment will remain $6,411 and the yearly payments for support and hosting will be changed to $750.

For the first few weeks, you will work with one of our designers. Depending on circumstances, I may also be there for the design portion. After that, Ryan H will train you and then will meet with you for the remaining weeks. You have ten weeks of 30-minute stand-ups, if you need 3 of those weeks to go over design and fonts, then you will have 7 weeks of content. If you need more or less time for design, that will determine how many weeks of content you will get.

I will get you on the calendar for July 14th and will set the time for 3 pm EST. If that does not work for you, please let me know.
