Updated School and Parish Website Proposal

Good afternoon Tom,

I have updated the proposal that removes the annual hosting package.  The domain renewal has also been removed, as I figured you would keep those together.

As you can see on the proposal, removing the annual hosting does not change any of the work or cost to build the school and parish websites.

Good morning Tom,

We just thought of some additional information we want to make sure you are aware of.

Upon website completion, we will provide a full backup of the site for you to move to your hosting provider. Would your provider be able to restore and set it up on the new server?  If Diocesan is responsible for that, it is not in the proposal. 

Again, although you can certainly do this, it is a unique situation for us and we want to make sure we have everything covered.

Out plan is to give your developers admin access and have them develop directly on our site so we avoid all of the issues that could come with backup and recovery.
