We are getting ready to begin the setup of the development site.

Do you have a server ready to go for the hosting of your new website?  We would need login information so we can create a cPanel account, add an SSL certificate, and then install WordPress and plugins.

I thought I understood you to say that design work would be done in Adobe so you wouldn't need access to a server upfront. We haven't contracted with a hosting company yet.

Hi Rita,

Thank you for getting back with me.

You are correct.  When we make the design we will be using Adobe XD.  Normally we will have the development site created during the design process, so there wouldn't be a delay to start building the new website.  Once we get to the build phase, we would need to put the development site on a server.

At this point, we can still continue in the process, but I would suggest finding a server option to avoid any downtime.
