Good morning everyone,

I hope you are well!
 
As we progress with your new website, we would like to give you an update on how the progress is going this week. Here are the three main stages of how your website is progressing.
  • Design is 100% complete
  • Build is 100% complete
  • Content Migration is In Queue
In order to continue forward with your project, we need from you:
  • School Sitemap

Project Hours
  • Design: 12 hours budgeted/17.2 hours used
  • Build: 22 hours budgeted/35 hours used 
  • Content Migration: 22 hours budgeted/0 hours used
This brings our current cost to $3654.  After doing another project review, we have removed 10 hours from the build phase.

Good afternoon Tom,

I hope you, and everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

We had your approval for the parish sitemap, and now we have the school sitemap approval.  Content migration usually takes a few weeks for a school and parish project.  Utilizing a different sever is also new with the content team.

Once the content migration is complete, you will receive an email to schedule the first training session.  This will be your chance to see your websites with your content.

Dec. 26 will be my last day at the parish as I’m retiring. Starting on Dec 6th, my successor, Corinne Callender will be on board to work with me for a couple weeks, then take the baton and run with it.
