I'm so excited you like the design and are ready to give approval. It has been so great working with you on this project and we are excited to be moving onto the next phase of the process soon.

I have included all of the proofs you have seen thus far for your website at the end of this email. Take some time and look these proofs over. If these all look great and you are ready to give the official approval, please click the "Yes" button on this email.
Please keep in mind that any design changes or development/functionality changes after official approval may affect the quoted cost.

Hi, Danae.

After talking with Gloria on our school team, we are realizing that the upcoming school calendar is going to make it impossible to get to any substantial design feedback and work until March, effectively pushing our launch date back to possibly as late as June. Wanted to let you know so you can adjust your work flow accordingly and not wait on us. Sorry. Gloria’s part time status limits how fast we can proceed and we’d like to launch the parish and school sides of the site simultaneously.
