Design Approval #2
Hi Gloria,
I'm so excited you like the design and are ready to give approval. It has been so great working with you on this project and we are excited to be moving onto the next phase of the process soon.
In this email I have attached the website proof. If you could review the link and are ready to give the official approval, please click the "Yes" button on this email.
Please keep in mind that any design changes or development/functionality changes after official approval may affect the quoted cost.
Once you approve this email, our content team will be contacting you in the next few weeks to start working on the website migration and the overall organization of the website. Giving approval will also move your project into our development queue.
Let me know if you have any questions and I will be happy to explain any of the designs.
Thank you,

Hi Danae,
Thank you for circling back.
Are you waiting for an official approval from me/Tom to begin the design and migration process? If so, I believe we are ready to proceed.
Should we have 1 more brief call outlining the timeline and what the next steps are? Timing and understanding how quickly migration can occur is my biggest concern as we move ahead. Not sure if this is as critical for Tom.
Please let me know if you may address here and / or want to have a brief discussion on sign off and next steps.
Thank you!
Gloria

Hi Gloria,
On the first email of this thread there is a 'yes' or 'no' for a design approval. Tom already approved the church side and we are developing that now.
The next steps are development and content. Cody will be reaching out if he hasn't already to start the content portion of the project. He is in charge of content migration and training. I can have our project manager send you an updated timeline if you'd like?
Do you still want to meet? We want to be cautious of the design time since we are already over the budgeted hours.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Danae Chudy

Yes, please send the timeline again. That would be helpful. And also, I will sign off on the design approval to get things going for the school.
I am not sure what you mean by over the budgeted hours for design, as I believe Alan already addressed this as an error with Tom. The school has not requested any adjustments to the original proposed design, beyond making sure the font matched the parish.
I have included Tom on the email, so he is aware this may still be an issue.
Thank you!

Gloria said YES and added:
Thank you Danae!
I look forward to receiving the timeline for the project next.
Also, it is our understanding that the next step is adding the specifics to the site. Ie. Number of pull down menus and titles for each, content, and so forth. If this is not a next step and part of the design, then we need to revisit so we ensure the details we have discussed are in place for the next group we will be working with.
Thank you for the clarification.
