Site Launched!

Good afternoon All,

Congratulations, your new website is now live and visible to the world!

I'm still not seeing the live site. Why is that?
The industry standard for launch changes to propagate is 0-72 hours. However, it's been my experience that you can usually see these changes within 2 hours. You will know it was successful when visiting https://st-isaac.org/ brings up your site.

If you can see the website on a computer or mobile device not using your parish's internet, it may be that your parish's internal server needs to be reset or may have the IP address of your previous host manually set up. If this is the case, you will have to talk to your IT person, as this is not something Diocesan can help with.

New Login Page
Although you will now go to https://st-isaac.org/orlando to log in, your login credentials are still the same.

Hidden Login Hours
For security issues, we have made the website's backend inaccessible during the hours of 1:00-6:00 am. If you would prefer for us to turn this security feature off, please let us know as soon as possible.

Statistics
Since your website is now live, we have also added the ability to track your website's statistics.
Feel free to view the statistics by clicking Statistics. This will give you access to see what devices are being used, how people are finding your website, and your top pages/link.

Support Moving Forward
Support is $70/hr (prorated).
If you have any issues or questions in the future, please email us at websupport@diocesan.com or call us at 877-923-0777. You will have two weeks of free support post-launch from today.

Forms & Notifications
We set up the forms to go to someone at your organization. If you do not receive any emails, please check your spam/junk folder of that email. You can check which email it is going to in the Form's Notification Settings (Forms > Settings > Notifications). It is advised to test this yourself ASAP to make sure that the correct email is set up and that the emails are coming in. If they are going to spam, you can whitelist the address.

Hi Ryan:

I'm working on the website and I have the following questions:

1. Remember the questions of the last training. Did you get any info about it?
2. Can we change the order of the Image Slider?
3. In Ministry and Groups there is a Training Ministry Website support and your name is there. It is inviting people to maintain our website. Do we need to publish that? or What is that for? Volunteers of our parish will work directly with you?
4. When we click on Ministries and groups, and then on one of the groups, we can't read the whole first paragraph . However if you click on one of the Liturgical groups from the Image Slider you can read the entire paragraph. It can be fixed?
5. When we click on the last block of the homepage, for example on Mission and Vision, on the featured image you can read the word News. Can we hide it?

Those are my questions so far.

Thank you very much for all your help.

Adriana

Adriana,

Here are the answers to your questions:

1. In an approval I sent you with the cost for the changes you asked for you said to cancel those changes. Is this something you want to move forward with? (I emailed you also in the approval thread)
2. Yes, this is drag and drop. (see screenshot attached) You click on the small number to the left of the image and drag it to the order you want it in.
3. I deleted the training website ministry. This was just an example we used to show you how to create a new Ministry group and ministry.
4. I don't see where the entire first paragraph is visible. There is only an option for a preview and you click for more information. Please send me screenshots of exactly what you are seeing and Ill investigate further.
5. That last section is for news posts only. When you put something there like you did it gets assigned to the News category and will say "news". We could change that for you but that is different than the original agreed upon set up so like the changes mentioned in question 1 there would be a charge to do that.

Thank you,

Hi Ryan:

Thank you for your answers:

1. No thank you we don't want to proceed with that change.
2. I don't see the screenshot for any reason. i don't know why.
3. Ok now I understand. Thank you.
4. I will email you the screenshot on Monday. Right now, I'm finishing something for the weekend Masses.
5. No please don't change anything. I thought maybe we can do it because on other sections, you don't see their names, for example Hero or Slider etc,

I think there's a lot to learn, and time is running, sorry to bother you with so many questions.

Thank you so much,

Adriana
