I know you spoke with Michael today and mentioned that you were ready to set up a training. 

The training will take about 2 hours and is typically scheduled to begin any time between 9:00am - 3:00 pm. Next week, I am available any time next week except Monday and Wednesday (11 am - noon).

We will actually be using TeamViewer. There is no need to download beforehand, but if you wish to, simply go to www.churchremote.com and click the orange Launch Remote Assistance button to download the program. 

Next week, I will ask for the ID and Password that TeamViewer provides you with. With this, I am able to see and control your screen, or visa versa. 

Other than that, you can just put me on speakerphone.

If she plans on watching on her own computer, we can do it as a Meeting on TeamViewer. It will still be one computer being utilized, but the three of us will have access to click, type, and view.
