based off the images you sent me for the logo, I have taken the time to execute the sketches. I moved the book to be more centered to allow greater use and balance for the logo over time. If you want it pushed towards the left I can do that but I will suggest the center aligned book.

Dear Sam,

Not bad. Remember that the name is not the St Mark Institute. It will remain Institute of Catholic Studies (and Formation).

Could we play with the head a bit to make it more majestic and less cartoony?

Yes I can! And I did notice my mistake yesterday and made that change to the Institute for Catholic Studies and Formation. I hope the updated version came through! I will send a new version soon.
