Domain Transfer

To: Fr Keith Stripe and Lisa Perlaky
Hello!

You have indicated that you would like your domain(s) to be transferred to Diocesan. The first step in this process is to provide us with the one of the following:
  1. Domain login information
  2. Domain contact information


Domain Login Information
If you would like Diocesan to initiate the transfer for you, we ask that you please send us the following information:
  • Name of Hosting Company
  • Login URL
  • Username/Email
  • Password
Please note that once Diocesan initiates the transfer, we may need your domain account owner to forward an email that they will receive. 

Domain Contact Information
If you have internal or contracted IT services that you would like us to direct in the transfer process, we ask that you please send us the following information:
  • Name of IT Company (if any)
  • Name of Individual
  • Email of Company/Individual
  • Phone Number of Company/Individual
  • Account Privileges (if any)
