Ignatius Loyola School & Parish - Cincinnati, OH

Updated Timeline

Good Morning Amy,

Here is the updated timeline that you requested:

  • Development Begins - November 26
    • Header/Footer Development Completed - November 30
    • Inner Pages Development Completed - December 7
    • Homepage Development Completed - December 14
    • Mobile Responsiveness & Fine Details Completed - December 17
  • Training - December 10-12
After training, you will be free to complete your updates as necessary. The homepage will not be completed, but we can train administrators on how to edit this page once it is completed (Friday, December 14 or Monday, December 17)
  • Launch - December 18
Although your current website does not go down until December 20, we like to have at least one full day to ensure everything is working correctly.
  • Post-Launch Training - As Needed
Once your website has been launched, you may request another training to go over items in more depth. The second training will be covered by the cost of your project.

If possible, would you be able to coordinate with your staff to determine what day we should have the training? The training is typically ~2 hours long and is done remotely via your computer and the phone. I am available to begin a training: Monday 10-3, Tuesday 9-3, Wednesday 12-3.

Thank you and let me know if you have any questions,

Veronica Alvarado

Hi Veronica,
I wanted to touch base about the development of our site. I just wanted to see if there was an updated timeline of when we can expect to see things, as well as other times of the items (training, etc) from our original timeline.
Thanks,

Amy Lesko
