Good afternoon:

It was good speaking with you today. As discussed, we'll be working on the following four issues.
  1. Alert. Now that I understand that you'd like the display of this to be controlled manually, we'll work on building this alert for you as soon as we can. This will function like the Emergency Alert that we've used on other websites, but it will be styled to match your approved design/proof.
  2. Page Cutoff. As we discussed, we'll look into why the tops of several pages are getting cut off on your school website. From what I understand, this is only an issue on pages that use the Default Template. We'll also look into why Wordpress may be reassigning templates and page attributes—including the parent page.
  3. Social Media. We'll be exploring solutions to the issue with the Facebook Social Media feed—specifically, we'll look into the profile picture/identity problem you'd mentioned.
  4. Search Results. I believe I've tracked down both the cause and solution to the poor search result functionality you'd been experiencing on your website. Assuming that I've fixed this, you should notice significantly better search results across your website almost immediately.
