Weekly Update
Good afternoon
Periodically we like to send our clients a recap of their project from a time & cost perspective. Initially, we had quoted a price of $7140 (102 hours x $70hr) for website creation.
We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
- Design: 45 hours budgeted/39.7 hours used
- Build: 45 hours budgeted/0 hours used
- Content Migration: 12 hours budgeted/0 hours used
Which brings our current cost to $2779.

Do the weekly meetings get factored into the Design time?

Since we are still in the design phase, the weekly meetings are design meetings and logged as design.
However, since Veronica's attendance constitutes as strategy, her hours are logged as strategy. (Strategy hours are tracked but never billed to the client).
