Good afternoon Michael,


I wanted to get started on Content so that we are prepared by the time we get to design. 

Here is the content strategy process in its entirety:
  1. Diocesan creates a current sitemap
    You are here.
  2. ICSC edits and approves
  3. Diocesan creates suggested sitemap
  4. ICSC edits and approves (meeting with Diocesan optional)
  5. Design Process Started & Approved
  6. Diocesan updates suggested sitemap to include design notes
  7. ICSC edits and approves (meeting with Diocesan optional)
  8. Development Process Started
  9. Diocesan migrates content (following suggested sitemap notes)
  10. Diocesan sends link to development site (with all content migrated)
I will send this from time-to-time so that you are able to see your progress and what is left in the content strategy process.

Below is a link to your current sitemap. Please take the time to review the pages currently on your website and remove any pages that you do NOT want to be migrated to the new website.  
We also ask that you add any content that you anticipate being on the new website. We have added a spot at the bottom for "Future Pages/Items".
