Hello Michael and Shannon,
I just finished talking with Shannon about the schedule/calendar function integration with the myParish App. I will be speaking with the App team this afternoon and hopefully have something by tomorrow afternoon to send what I have over to you.
I also mentioned the web project timeline beginning design after the current sitemap is edited and returned.
Right now, we're hoping to have our first design meeting the week of March 23.
I put together the timeline below so that you could have a visual representation of the project's breakdown and dates we'd want to meet in order to launch in August.

Once we do start the design process, I'd like to make sure we're having weekly meetings to review progress on both the design and content front. This way we can work on content updates (such as revamping the Conference Page & Regional Events page, for example) before the content migration actually occurs.
