Holy Trinity - Comstock Park, MI

Website Proposal

Good afternoon Fr Rouech,

Thank you for your patience as I finalized the proposal for your new website.

During our Deep Dive conversation, it was determined that the Express Site: Transfiguration would be the foundation for your new website.  When we utilize this layout and then add your branding, colors and fonts, and content you will have a unique website that showcases Holy Trinity.

The attached proposal breaks down the cost of the website into the phases of the project (design, build, content).  This lets you see how we came to our final cost.  My sales team also let me know they could cover 50% of the project.  This 50% is contingent upon signing a new 6-year bulletin contract.

If you have any questions, or you would like to discuss the proposal further, do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Thank you!

Hi Alan,
Oh my. This got buried in my inbox while I was on vacation. I sent it to our business manager for review and will get back with you next week.

Hi Fr Chris,

Thank you for the update.  I have been there, so it's no worries.  I was actually going to follow up and see if there were any questions.

If you and the business manager have any questions, let me know.  We can also set up a phone conversation if that would be easier than discussing via email.

Let me know what I can do to help.

Thank you!

Hi Aaron,
Here are the questions from Mike Macquire, our business manager

* If we're signing a 6-year contract for the bulletin, can they tell us if this platform will be good for 6 years, or will we likely have to pay for another upgrade before that?
* And will the $315 annual cost be the same over the next 6 years?

Could you please send a copy of our current contract?
TO THE CLIENT Alan Snodgrass, Diocesan
Good afternoon Fr Chris,

I was given a copy of the bulletin contract, and it is attached for you to review.

The website we build for you is yours. After launch, we are hands off unless you request any work from us. The website will be good for as long as you are happy with it. In regards to the hosting charges, those are our standard rates.

If you have any questions, let me know.

Thank you!

Good morning Fr Chris,

I spoke with Brian Bastic this morning. He let me know about the increase of website credit with the new contract. I have updated the proposal reflecting this change.

When you sign the contract, I would also ask if you could sign and return this website proposal. This way we all have a record of the work that will be done. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out to me.

Thank you!
