Hello Fr. Chris,

Alan is on vacation. I can help with getting payment plans as well. We can set up a payment plan to divide the payment of $7,625 into more manageable payments. Would you like to make two payments of $3,812.50 or into four payments of $1906.25? Please let me know which payment plan you would like to have.

I talked with our business manager, and the bill you received with the web credit applied is $6,630, not $7,625. If billed quarterly, this is $1,607.50. 

If you need to split this over the course of 2 fiscal years, we can permit this.
