As we progress with your new website, we would like to give you an update on how the progress is going this week. Here are the three main stages of how your website is progressing.
  • Design is 100% complete
  • Site Copy is 100% complete
  • Content Migration is In Queue
In order to continue forward with your project, we need from you:

Hi Alan,
We had a good meeting here two weeks ago and got almost through the sitemap then ran out of time and have been too busy to followup.
There are a number of requested changes. Would it be helpful to have the whole thing at once, or our progress thus far?

Good morning Fr Rouech,

Thank you for the update regarding where you stand with the sitemap.

I just spoke to Cody regarding your question.  A best practice is usually to send the sitemap when it is completed.  He also let me know there are a couple of big website migrations in the queue that are just ahead of you.  With these bigger migrations, that will also buy you some time until we are ready to begin your content migration.
