Current & Proposed Sitemaps
Hello all,
I just sent an email with a quick explanation as to how Basecamp works and how to see our messages.
Below are links to the current and proposed sitemaps. The parish does not have a proposed sitemap because I think everything is already organized best.
Feel free to edit the proposed sitemap as needed.

I am about to run out to lunch, but let me know if you have any questions and we can discuss everything over the phone.
Thank you,

Veronica,
Thanks for sending all of this over. Are you waiting for confirmation from us that this looks okay before moving ahead?

Yes, I believe we are.
By approving the sitemaps, you are letting Diocesan know that there is not 200 other pages that we will need us to add to your website when it comes time for content migration. If there was more pages, this would mean we need more time in the budget, even if your project is going to be 100% covered.
Plus, I know that your project is in Blake's queue, so there will be some down time before the actual design process begins. For this reason, I wanted to send the sitemap so that when Blake picks up the project, there's been some progress and he has his menu already set up. This way all of his mockups can use the actual sitemap in the menu so it is more realistic in its function and closer to what the actual site will look like.

Thanks, Veronica. I think this looks fine. As long as we can change things down the road if we find it isn't working, there isn't a problem. We don't have a whole bunch of other pages that will need to be added. Let me know if there is anything else you need from me right now.

You can most definitely add, delete, and rearrrange things as needed once you are trained. Our goal is mostly just to make sure that your page organization is logical to your visitors and won't make the top menu too large to fit across the top.
Now we simply wait on the design and then we can go from there! I know Blake has a couple other projects that he is working on, but he will reach out to you when it is time.
Until then, let me know if you have any questions at all.
